In transparency and with the aim of simplifying your searches, before each intervention, we send you a detailed quote to avoid any unpleasant surprises and also to inform you if your service is eligible for tax credit.
Some of your requests are more complex? No worries! We also offer flat-rate pricing. We come to your home free of charge to provide a comprehensive - also free - quote that takes into account all the characteristics of the intervention.

In addition to carrying out the intervention, our rates include :

✅ multi-service professional insurance
✅ provision of small consumables (screws, nails...).
Our rates are calculated to take into account the expenses related to our company (expenses, VAT, mutual insurance...) and the costs inherent to our activity such as state-of-the-art professional tools regularly renewed, stocks of consumables and materials, travel time between each intervention, or a fully equipped utility van to intervene as quickly as possible at our clients' homes.
The activities covered by this scheme are services provided at home of a family or household nature.
Services that are particularly affected include:

Small gardening work, including clearing work;

Small DIY work, also known as "handyman" work;

Computer and internet assistance services;

Home maintenance and household chores.
What is the amount of the tax credit for home improvement work?
The amount of the tax credit is equal to 50% of the expenses incurred in the year, up to a ceiling of €12,000 per year, increased by €1,500 in the following cases:

Per dependent or attached child (€750 in the case of shared custody);

Per member of the tax household over 65 years old;

Per dependent parent over 65 years old.

What are the regulatory ceilings for different services?

Certain expenses related to small jobs qualify for tax credits within specific limits:

Intervention for home repair or improvement with a maximum duration of two hours: €500/year per tax household;

Computer and internet assistance at home: €3,000/year per tax household;

Small gardening work: €5,000/year per tax household.
